Well, I've red an article from Microsoft that Windows Vista Beta 2, RC1 and RC2 has been expired on May 31, 2007. Now Microsoft says that should upgrade to Windows Vista final release. Why did Microsoft did this kind of thing?

Because the beta software is exactly that - a beta. Once the actual software is released, there's no need for a beta version. It makes no sense to have beta versions floating around in use after the product has been released.
