Error message from Microsoft after brief crash and recovery....should I be worried?

My computer screen briefly went dark, then rebooted itself %26 said it had ''recovered'', but said IMPORTANT to send Microsoft error msg. Microsoft responded:

Error type : Windows stop error (A message appears on a blue screen with error code information)

Solution available? : No (see Next steps)

What does this error mean? : Windows has encountered an error from which it cannot recover and needs to restart

Cause : Unknown device driver

Computer symptoms : A message appears on a blue screen w error code info.

Should I be worried? What should I do?

Do you have McAfee or Norton installed on the computer? If so,that could be the problem.
Consider yourself very lucky if that is the first and only time you have experienced the infamous Microsoft BSOD (Blue Screen of Death).
