I downloaded the Microsoft PDF Add-in and I've been able to use it for Microsoft Word but when I try to save Publisher files as PDF, it doesn't work. What's the problem and how do I solve it?
BTW, I don't have a printer hooked up to my computer so would that be the reason why I can't save it?
How do I convert Microsoft Publisher files to PDF using the Microsoft Add-in?cafe racer
I use a program called Primo PDF - it works as a printer driver. You can download it for free on the net. When I want to make a Publisher file into a PDF file I just go to print and select it as my printer and the program then prints it to a pdf file instead of printing it on the printer. You do not need to have a printer installed to use this program.
