How do you make labels on microsoft word. I bought the white mailing labels of 2 columns and 10 rows. I want to type vote for me as treasurer on them. So how would i make labels on microsoft word to print them out on label paper?
Thanx a bunch!
Labels from Microsoft Word?windows
For MS Word 2003 or earlier versions:
1. Goto to "Tools" on the menu bar;
2. Choose "Letters and Mailings";
3. Choose "Envelopes and Labels";
4. In the "Envelopes and Labels" dialogue box, click on "Options";
5. Most labels follow the formatting established by "Avery" so choose Avery from the Label Vendor.
6. Then choose the product number that matches your set of labels. If there is none, then you'll have to create a "New Label" using the label sheet size, page margins, and label sizes from the packet that you bought.
For MS Word 2007: (I hate Word 2007!)
1. Goto "Mailings" on the menu bar (now called a "Ribbon".);
2. Click on "Labels" from the Ribbon (2nd left-most icon);
3. Click on "Options" and choose your labels. Here, too, if you don't see your label set, you'll have to create a "New Label".
Good Luck!
