I still have the old versions of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Powerpoint etc. but my Dad's computer has all the latest versions, and he said they were all for free. He got his computer years ago, so those programs were not already installed. Someone, please give me the URL of where I can find the downloads for the latest in Microsoft software? Oh, and by the way, I'm not looking for "Vista" or anything, I'm just looking for the LATEST VERSIONS OF MICROSOFT PROGRAMS!

free office suite can be found in openoffice.org
you have to buy microsoft office from microsoft. your dad either got it illegally or might have gotten it from a friend.

Well, it's going to be some hard research for all of that. But I suggest going to www.microsoft.com or www.windows.com
Or you can always download a program called BitTorrent and use it for submitted programs on there. But I warn you, some may be viruses, so watch yourself.

or you can just buy a new computer that has the upgrade.
but really? why do you want it. im running on windows 2000 on a laptop with probably 2001 word and powerpoint. it all functions the same. the newer ones just have a more modern look to them
